6. Have a Support Group of Expectant Mothers
One of the best tips I received when I was pregnant is to have a support group made up of pregnant women, not already pregnant, but now pregnant. This is important because only these women understand what you’re going through. Even those who have experienced this in the past tend to “forget” what it really is, especially when it comes to the emotional part and anxiety of pregnancy.
As a bonus, the support group from the mother can slowly move to the support group from your mother, which is also important for the same reasons.
